StoryMaps

These are large posters or murals that graphically illustrate the for engagement, and other system-level information arrays.

The StoryMaps address not only the key information but also build in metaphors and other symbolic representations of the feeling level associated with this information (pride, excitement, conviction, uncertainty, hopes, concerns, etc.) The maps are used to support exploration and learning through guided story telling, facilitated discussion or even self-directed exploration. StoryMaps can be used for a wide variety of purposes such as orienting teams to new market conditions and customer needs, supporting system-wide rollouts of new strategies and processes, or understanding critical inter-relationships in new organizations.
