The intention behind the efforts is to create a description language for didactical processes which can be used in workgrip situations to discuss didactical processes.
Intended properties of the language:
- intuitive
- readable without big learning effort by teachers
- usable as base of discussions in workgroups:
- readable from a distance
- drawable on blackboard/whiteboard OR pinnable icons on a pinboard
- easing the comparison of two similar processes
Not intended properties of the language:
- The DPM does not have to describe every detail of a process, because humans who can talk to each other will be reading the language and not computers.
